  • A personalized 2-hour class led by our expert instructors.
  • We meet each participant at their individual comfort level and help everyone progress at their own pace.
  • The rundown of the class includes a warm-up, instruction of various acrobatic skills, practicing those tricks in the air over multiple turns, getting caught by our professional catcher in the last portion of class, and a cool-down at the end.

Fly Mile High is Colorado’s only Flying Trapeze school. Participants learn fun acrobatic tricks and skills in a safety harness
(including backflips and frontflips!), get caught by one of our professional catchers via a hand-to-hand transfer midair, and land
in our bouncy safety net. It’s the most thrilling feeling of flying through the air! Beginners welcome: our classes are open to all ages 5+ and all athletic backgrounds and levels. This unique bucket-list activity will quickly become your new favorite athletic adventure.
