Please note: Parents should download The Picklr App and create an account for themselves, then select Thornton as the location. At that point, they should add the youth player to their account. From there, they will be able to see available Junior open play options under the “Programs” button and “Junior Academy” tab. Once the open play is decided, call the front desk to book and let them know you will be paying with a Go Explore Gift Card.
Join us for a fun and friendly Junior Pickleball Open Play session! Open to kids and teens ages 8 to 18, this is a great opportunity for players of all skill levels to enjoy the game, meet new friends, and improve their skills in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. Whether you’re brand new to pickleball or already a pro with the paddle, everyone is welcome!
Paddles and balls are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Coaches or volunteers will be on hand to help newer players get started and keep games flowing smoothly.
